Design, host and maintenance packages. The easy way to establish a presence on the internet. At Guestlist we can design the site for you, set it up and running on our own web space, buy a .co.uk domain name on your behalf and assign it to your site, and then update it as and when you wish with price and product changes etc. The great thing about a Design / Host & Maintain package is that you need never concern yourself with the technology, we handle all the uploading, all the hassle of updating and all the nuisance and cost that goes with installing new software to do these jobs. When you want to update your site simply email us the new information, and your site will be updated within forty eight hours, usually considerably less and often immediately if you send during the normal working week. When your site is set up you will receive a special email address dedicated to updating your site, this address receives priority over all other incoming mail. How much will all this cost? For a site like the one you are viewing now it would cost around £160 for all the above in the first year. That includes designing the site, setting it up and running on our server space, buying and assigning the domain name and updating the site as required during the year Of course in subsequent years it comes out cheaper because there is no design fee, around £60 per year. That includes hosting, updating and domain name renewals. If you already have a domain name then it would be slightly cheaper. Restrictions:- We do not accept hosting contracts for periods of less than one calendar year All Hosting costs are payable in advance All design costs are payable upon completion of the design work to the satisfaction of the client. We do not accept Design / Hosting / Maintenance work for "adult" sites or sites which we consider to be offensive on religious, ethnic, gender or similar grounds. A full list of terms and conditions will be made available to all clients Some frequently asked questions Are there any setup fees? No. there are no hidden extras of any sort Will my site have pop up ads. for other products? No! What happens if I want to move my site to another host? We will send you a copy of the most recent version of your site for uploading to your new host, together with full instructions on assigning your domain name to a new server. We make no charge for these services Can I have other domains instead of .co.uk? Yes, the full range of .com .org .net etc. are all available. Prices may vary depending upon which domain you select. We will be able to advise you which is best for your business at the time. |
