Join us on a Guided Journey through the Sacred landscape of Ireland

Discover the history, mythology and folklore of this magical country, as well as the breathtaking scenery, and the amazing hospitality.

A ten day guided tour from 16 - 25 May 2008 with Suzie Litton-Wood.

Our ten day trip will take us from the province of Ulster, through the beautiful Co.Antrim countryside and the shores of Loch Neagh, the Giant's Causeway, through the Sperrins and on into the Western Province of Connacht. Travelling down the coastal roads taking in the
breathtaking scenery as well as the pure clean Atlantic air!

On into the Province of Munster, The spectacular Cliffs of Mohar, the renowned Dingle Peninsula and weather permitting, an optional boat trip to Skellig Michael, a small rocky island off the tip of the Iveragh Peninsula.

A visit to the historic town of Cork, the port from which so many of Ireland's beleaguered famine victims emigrated.

Our journey culminates in the Province of Leinster and the amazing Boyne Valley! We will visit the Neolithic sites of New Grange, Knowth and Dowth. Tara, the ancient seat of the High Kings or Ard Ri of all Ireland and Glendalough

There will also be an opportunity for exploring Dublin, it's rich historic sites, Museums and Art Galleries, shops and restaurants. On our return journey through Wales, we will take the opportunity to stop off in Anglesey at Bryn Celi Ddo, an incredibly energetic ancient site, before crossing the Menai Straights and traveling home.

Our Journey: Our mode of transport will be by Coach from central pick up points and by Ferry to and from Ireland via Holyhead.

Cost: To include Hotel Accommodation, Coach Travel, Ferry Fares and Admission to listed sites and venues: £850
